Our vision

Copenhagen E-Bike Tours & Rentals were founded by Søren, Jens and Mikkel who also own Cykelland and Wheeling (offering e-bikes on a monthly subscription). E-Bikes are their speciality and they have great experience in service and quality! With over 15 years of experience in e-bikes you are in the best of hands! Cykelland is a bike shop with 3 affiliates in Rødovre, Nørrebro and Langelinie (where our E-Bike Tours are now located). The 3 owners got the idea (brilliant idea – if you ask them) to offer their fun e-bikes to tourists and locals both for rental and guided tours. We really hope you will enjoy the e-bikes and zooming through Copenhagen as much as we had intended for you to do. The e-bikes are top quality, Danish Design – long range and fast! What else could you want!
For our guided tours, our guides all love Copenhagen and look forward to taking you out showing you their favourite spots – and of course also the must-sees of the city! Feel free to ask them all you need to know about the city.

Our Terms and conditions

Guided Tours & Events:

Tours can be 100% refunded up to 48 hours prior to tour start. No refunds are given after this. The tour time and date can be amended, always subject to approval, up to 24 hours prior to tour start. The new date must occur within 3 months. This cancellation policy only applies for direct bookings. For private tours and events, please refer to the notes on your booking invoice.

Please arrive 15 min prior to tour start to get your helmets, sign our waiver of liability and get familiarised with the bike. We cannot accommodate late-comers in order not to delay the tour and other guests. No refunds or amendments if you are delayed or do not show up for the tour.

Bike Rentals:

Bike rentals can be 100% refunded and amended up to 48 hours prior to tour start. No refunds are given after this. Change in pick up date and time can be amended up to 24 hours prior to rental start, always subject to availability. If you have added an extra option (e.g. child seat or cargo bike) and need to amend your tour, these are also subject to availability.

Security for the rental period: Upon arrival at the shop, you will be asked to sign a liability and rental waiver and provide us with a valid credit card and Photo ID (Driver’s license or passport) in case of theft or damage to the bike. Please ensure your liability insurance covers bike rentals. 

Change of Departure 

We reserve the right to change departure time due to operational issues. We always will offer you a new departure time or a refund.
